LEAN-TRANSFORMATION IS TO AVOID LOSSES IN CURRENT PROCESSES AND INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF PRODUCTION

Organize – become more efficient.🚀

This is the basic principle of lean production or Lean-system.

The purpose of the Lean-system: to get more based on the resources that already exist. And this is not fiction, but the constant optimization of the workflow “KONSORT”. For a progressive manufacturing company, this is a necessity.

The idea to introduce Lean-production arose after visiting the plant “TOYOTA” – an efficient company with a world name, which is considered to be the author of the concept of “lean production”.

Lean-transformation is to avoid losses in current processes. All KONSORT employees are involved in the implementation. Including managers and management of the company.

Our principles:

5S streamlining adherence to established standards, sorting and maintaining cleanliness in the workplace to optimize the workplace, etc.

General Equipment Care System (TPM) Comprehensive care to keep equipment in perfect working order.

“Kanban” operational management system self-organization and timely execution of the order.

Reconfiguration of “SMED” equipment optimal sequence of actions and standardization of results.

Quality improvement: “Kaizen” system Cost reduction and quality control on a company scale.

Adherence to these principles:

✔ Reduces search and waiting time.

✔ Reduces team fatigue.

✔ Organizes the workflow.

✔ Accelerates obtaining a quality result.

Lean production is effective if results are analyzed and improved. To this end, Ukraine has thematic meetings and workshops on the implementation of Lean, organized by members of the “Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs”. Sharing experiences and learning helps to constantly look for more effective options and improve the system.
