Warehouse equipment repair is our veteran business area because the company’s activity started with service operations 17 years ago.
At that time, repairs were very expensive and took a lot of time, which was unacceptable for businesses. It was easier to purchase a new pallet truck or stacker than to repair an old one and stop production downtime.
But not for us. We decided to try repairing one pallet truck — just to see if it would work. And it did! 🔥
It was a game changer. We established uninterrupted operation, involved professional specialists, launched repair services as a continuous process — and businesses in Poltava no longer had to buy new equipment because their old machines worked like new!
📍today KONSORT has 25 repair locations across Ukraine
🔄 we have eliminated downtime — providing our own equipment as a replacement while customers’ machines are being repaired
⚒️ we continue developing and regularly open new repair directions — from warehouse equipment to gyroscooters, refrigeration equipment, engines, and generators
If you develop a business direction continuously for 17 years, it will be brought to perfect automation.
That is why you can be sure — KONSORT will repair everything 💛
