Bubble washer (for sinking products)

Bubble washer is designed for industrial cleaning of agricultural products such as vegetables (marrow, onion, eggplant, cabbage, etc), greens, fruit (pears, apples, nectarines, plums, strawberries, etc). The raw material is continuously fed into a bath tub filled with water. There it is washed by bubbling method (cold “boiling” of water) due to the pumping of air. During the washing process debris and impurities are separated from the products. The air flow can be adjusted. The final washing is carried out on the conveyor belt where the raw materials are washed with water under the pressure, water supply is regulated. Then cleaned raw materials go further onto the line. The equipment is made of food grade stainless steel and has a high performance despite its small size.
