Task: to ensure pasta transportation and separate damaged products from whole ones.
Solution: a system consisting of two conveyors with chevron belts and vibrating screens.
⚙️ Conveyors.
The innovative shape with two bends perfectly complements the customer’s existing equipment. It features a reverse mode and adjustable belt speed.
🔩 Vibrating screens.
The conveyors feed the product to vibrating graders with a replaceable set of screens for different pasta shapes (penne, bow ties, and even vermicelli).
Crumbs are separated into the lower compartment and discharged through a chute, while the undamaged selected product continues along the main line for further pre-sale preparation.
