For the mining and processing company “Gravikon” in Poland, KONSORT manufactured a system of 12 conveyors for coal transportation.
For the customer’s requirements, troughed belt conveyors were selected, as they are designed for careful transportation of bulk materials at an angle. The belt moves along roller supports that form a trough. This helps prevent product spillage.
Platforms for convenient equipment maintenance were manufactured for each conveyor.
The line is quite high, with the highest point reaching 9 meters above the ground. To ensure convenient maintenance of motors, belts, and components, service platforms were installed.
The line is equipped with a pull-cord switch and manufactured from bent metal structures.
