The construction consists of 7 sections of non-driven, stationary roller conveyors, each 2,000 mm long. The robust frame is made of 60×30×2 mm profile tubing, ensuring high stability and durability.
On one side, there are platforms made of 2 mm structural steel and profile tubing 40×40×2 mm and 40×20×2 mm. The height of the platforms is 600 mm, adjustable by 50 mm to adapt the working area to operator needs. The platforms consist of 5 sections, each 2,000 mm long, for convenient operator placement along the line.
The system has a U-shaped design, providing compactness and efficient use of space. For smooth product flow changes and easier maneuvering at turns, rotating corner tables are installed. This solution minimizes downtime, optimizes workshop logistics, and ensures a continuous production process.
