Last year was a year of victories and peaks for the KONSORT association. We gained new clients and improved close cooperation with those who have long trusted us with business automation.
We deepened cooperation with the MHP holding (lines for semi-finished products), the Opillya production plants (vertical lifting conveyor), Volodar Roz (stationary solid waste sorting lines), Babusi Marusi (lines for pre-sale preparation of vegetables), Roshen (belt conveyors), Ivano-Frankivsk Bread Plant (conveyor lines).
The KONSORT repair and service team, whose repair sites are located throughout Ukraine, completed more than 1,500 repair projects for the year. Innovative repairs were also on the agenda of the RCC: in 2024, repairs were carried out on wheelchairs, compressors, lifting tables, palletizers, reach trucks, presses, baking equipment, etc.
KONSORT’s innovative projects reached the peak of their development last year. The IT development of the Shoe-sorter sorting system control center was a challenge for the team, but our employees overcame it with dignity. This year, the Put-to-light system for semi-automatic sorting was set up for the sorting centers. And thanks to modern exchange protocols, it was possible to build system solutions for controlling roller conveyors in large sorting centers. This was a real achievement last year.
The KONSORT design bureau also worked productively and with results. The team of design engineers completed one of the largest commercial projects in the food industry, which includes 61 products. Hardworking engineers issued more than 60,000 drawings in 366 days! More than 1,500 individual products were manufactured by the KB team.
More than 50 excursions (>800 people) were conducted through the walls of the office center and production. We shared our own experience and gained new ones in return during field company visits.

The management of the Association participated in Lean Fest, the Pro.Synthesis Business forum, and comprehensive Kaizen training.
One of our greatest achievements in the field of personnel is the addition of female welders to the KONSORT team, whose stories of becoming professionals are impressive. By their own example, they proved that a Ukrainian woman can do anything.
We participated in the largest industrial exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. We visited logistics exhibitions and food industry equipment exhibitions. And brightly lit the KONSORT star at exhibitions in Poland and the Czech Republic.
This is what our 2024 year has done. New partnerships, new clients, new equipment in production, donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and uninterrupted growth. We have proven that our strength is in unity. That each of us behind a machine or laptop is part of a great cause.
May 2025 be a year of peace, growth and new heights for all of us. We will continue to work for results and automate businesses in Ukraine and abroad together with you!
