Blanching machine
A continuous blanching machine (drum blanching machine) is designed for blanching (processing, cooking) whole or chopped vegetables and fruit in hot water, steam, or steam-water mixture (saturated water steam). It is included in the technological lines equipment set for production of fruit pickles, stewed fruit, preserves, and jams; dried vegetables and fruit.
